Activating the premium plan

To activate the premium plan, go to the Billing menu or click the blue Upgrade button in the top right corner. On the free version of Nold, you can add up to 10 guests to your account. If you want to add more, you need a monthly or annual subscription. First, use the slider to select the number of guests that you want to add to your account.

Select the billing cycle(monthly or annual) and fill in your billing details and click “Select a payment method”

Once your address is added, click Select a payment method. You can use PayPal or your credit card as a payment method. If you are using PayPal, simply click on the blue PayPal button and sign in with your account to authorize the payment and subscription.

If you plan to use your credit card, simply enter your card number, expiration date and the CVV number from the back of your card. Worth to mention that we don't store any credit card informations on our servers, everything is powered by Braintree.

When is my credit card / paypal charged?

At the beginning of the billing cycle. You'll get 30 day free trial though, so when you activate the premium plan, the cycle starts after 30 days. During this 30 days you have access to all features and you can cancel anytime.
