Edit device details

You can change the name of your device(master key) and upload a photo too from the Cloud. To do that, select your device from the device list and click on the Device settings button in the top right corner.

In the modal that appears you can change the device name - this is how it appears on your keychain for your guests too - and the keychain photo. To change the image, simply drag&drop your photo or logo, or click on it to select a file. We will automatically crop it to the correct size. We support png and jpg files.

This is also where you can see a few important details about your device, like the serial number, firmware version or the activation date. We might ask for these if you have a support ticket.

Reordering devices

You can reorder your devices on the homepage by dragging the device using the handle that shows up in the bottom left corner.
