What is the return policy?

You may return your Nold Open up to 14 days from the date of purchase. The product must be returned in all of the original packaging, in working order, free of damage (physical or otherwise). You will be responsible for paying for the return shipping. 

We will give you a full refund upon receipt of the returned items. We can only send funds to the original card on which Nold Open was purchased.
