Plans and Features

We offer both free and paid subscriptions for Nold Cloud. On the free version of Nold, you can add up to 10 guests to your account. If you want to add more, you need a monthly or annual subscription.

How much does the premium plan costs?

Our pricing is based on the number of guests you’ll manage and the number of devices you are going to use. The base price is 0,5 EUR / guest / month. You can use our calculator here.

Above 100 guests and 5 devies, we offer a custom subscription price. In that case, please contact us first describing your use-case and we will get you a quote to get started.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. Our payment processor is Braintree.

How do I update my credit card information?

The account owner can update payment details from the Billing page.

Do you offer non-profit or education discounts?

Yes, for non-profits, startups and educational institutions. Please send us an email with your details and we'll get you squared away.

I received an error while finishing my payment.

For whatever reason, we were unable to charge the credit card you have on file or there was a timeout issue with the payment provider. First, try to refresh the page and add your payment informations again, making sure that your billing name is the same as on your credit card and give it another go. If you're still having trouble, send us a quick email and we'll get it sorted. If your payment is declined by your bank or credit card institution, you will need to contact them to find out why.

How much do I save on an annual subscription?

By signing up for an annual subscription, you'll get 2 free months.
