How can I check my order status and edit my information?
Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail that includes your order details. Once we ship your item, you'll receive another email with a tracking number to track your package. If you would like to change, cancel or edit your order, feel free to reach out to us at help@nold.io mentioning your order ID.

Can I cancel my order?
If your order was placed on nold.io and has not shipped yet, please contact us at help@nold.io to process your cancellation. Please note that an order cannot be modified or cancelled after it has been processed and prepared for shipment. More information on our return and refund policy can be found here.

How much is shipping and will Nold ship internationally?
Standard shipping is free on all international orders. You can opt for DHL Express for an extra 10 EUR, and your package will arrive between 1 and 3 days. Items being shipped outside the European Union will be subject to customary import fees (including duties, VATs, tariffs, and brokerage fees) imposed by the country into which the product is being imported and the carrier (DHL, UPS or FedEx). The customer (the person importing the product) is responsible for paying these fees to the carrier

When do I receive my order?
Each order requires 24 hours to be processed before shipment is fulfilled. We ship out orders Monday through Friday. In the European Union shipping typically arrives in 4-10 business days. Shipping for all other international locations typically arrives in 5-10 business days, depending upon region. With DHL Express, your package will arrive between 1 and 3 days. What is the return policy?
You may return your Nold Open up to 14 days from the date of purchase. The product must be returned in all of the original packaging, in working order, free of damage (physical or otherwise). You will be responsible for paying for the return shipping. We will give you a full refund upon receipt of the returned items. We can only send funds to the original card on which Nold Open was purchased. Please contact us at help@nold.io to initiate your return and refund.

What payment methods can I use?
Your order is charged to your credit card when your order is placed. You can use the following credit card providers: VISA/ VISA Debit MasterCard / MasterCard Debit American Express We are able to accept PayPal as payment too. Your billing address must match the address that appears on your credit card statement. We will be unable to process your payment if the addresses do not match. Payments are processed by Braintree.
